I had a blast this past July 4th weekend. I drove the Photo Boat for BoatingObsession.com while we shot video of the 2008 Offshore Grand Prix. I don’t get out in my boat out as often as I like because I’m always busy working on the site or a half a dozen other things. That reminds me… check out the latest addition to the website, there’s an Online Store now where you can buy parts and accessories for your boats. Turns out I’m not just a writer, now I’m a PARTS PIMP too! Oh yeah, back to the boat ride. Check us out packed in with 800+ horsepower offshore raceboats and me getting in the way so our cameraman can get some great close-up video of the race contestants. Enjoy !!! What’s the deal?
I write for a website named BoatingObsession.com. They give pretty much “Full License” to pick my own topics and put my own spin on things. It’s a blast to rant or ramble on any topic I choose from social commentary to current events. Although the website is boating related, with Boat news and many other features, sometimes I like to slip in an article just for my personal enjoyment or to publicize stupidity. “Stupid words” is an example.
